Booking Terms and Conditions

·         The booth needs to be situated preferably indoors, or in a suitable covered area which is wind and rain proof.

·         A power point to supply sufficient power to run the laptop, printer etc. within 10m of where you would like the booth positioned

·         A 50% deposit secures the event date and full payment is required 48 hours prior to the event. Late payment will incur a 10% late payment fee.

·         Deposit refundable if cancellation occurs 60 days or prior. If Cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to the event, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

·         In the extremely unlikely event that there is an unforeseen problem with a printer, we will provide you with reprints of all the photos within 72 hours.

·         No transport costs for events within a 35 kilometer radius of our national bases

·         Unlimited pictures are taken at the event and 2 strips of photographs will be printed per picture. Should you wish to have more copies of the same picture, these will be charged at R20 per double strip printed.
